Credit pricing

Before you pay

• Video creation isn’t available yet. Credits you add can be used once it opens, and we’ll tell you how many credits one video takes when it does. Until it opens, you can get a refund for credits you haven’t used, even if more than 7 days have passed since you added them.
• Credits that have been used (deducted) mean video creation has already started, so Korean law limits your right to withdraw from that part of the purchase. Credits you haven’t used can be withdrawn within 7 days of adding them.
• Credits you add can be used for 5 years from the day you add them.
• Your payment record and card statement may show “bestme”. It is a payment merchant run by the same company that runs Tellscene.
• The price shown on each pack is the amount charged, in Korean won (KRW), through a Korean payment processor (Toss Payments). If your card is issued in another currency, the exchange rate and any fees are set by your card issuer.
